Real Portuguese Cuisine

We spent our first night in Lagos at Real Portuguese and it did not disappoint! We sat outside. The inside is lovely as well. Very quaint. In Old Town but out of the craziness and touristy areas. A more laid back, upscale experience. The service though a bit slow at times was welcoming and efficient. Food was excellent. I had the octopus and my husband had the filet mignon. Highly recommend!

Great little restaurant with good ambiance. The servers were very friendly. We shared the cataplana and it was very good.

Simply put this is the best food in Portugal we have had. Please don't miss this restaurant! Host and hostess are a couple and they are really great at what they do!

Everything was 110% perfect! It's been a long time since we've had such pleasure from visiting a restaurant! And the food, and the service, and the price 10/10 At first, we were scared by the name of the restaurant - it seemed that it would be very touristic. But this is real very tasty, high-quality food! My daughter is very picky about food, but she really liked everything!And the staff is surprisingly friendly!
